LAMI Fire Doors
F30/ F60/ F120/ F240/KMS, KRS

The F30/F60/F120/F240/KMS and KRS single action fire rated doorsets consists of a pressure moulded Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) door leaf with a fire resisting core material, hung on a GRP or stainless steel frame. Designed and tested for fire rated applications from 30 minutes up to 240 minutes fire resistance.

LAMI fire rated door systems have been tested to BS EN 1634-1:2008 as well as to BS 476:Part 22. In addition all LAMI GRP doors are certified by VTT Building Technology.

The use of LAMI doors is particularly suited to harsh environments, hygienic areas or applications subject to high levels of water and moisture. LAMI doors are lightweight, durable, hygienic, fire safe and easy to use.

The pressure moulded encapsulated sandwich structure of LAMI doors is built to be completely waterproof and gas proof. LAMI doors will not rot, rust, swell or warp. LAMI doors will stay unaffected by continuous water and moisture even after decades of use. LAMI doors are seamless and has no joints or lippings. The non-porous smooth gelcoat surfaces of LAMI doors can withstand the strongest disinfectants and cleaning agents.

• Hinges: Corrosion and acid proof stainless steel lift-off hinges 110x34
• Ironmongery: Client specified ironmongery or selection from our standard range
• Seals: Cold smoke seal (EPDM rubber) and flush fitted intumescent seal in the frame
• Double Door: Flush bolts Roca 849 in leading edge, stainless steel centre rebate with rubber seal
